Privacy Policy

We built PayHour to need as little personal information as possible.

Last updated: November 5, 2026

Summary: The calculator works inside your browser. The hourly rate, hours and other numbers you enter stay on your device. We do not run advertising or tracking analytics at this time.

Who we are

PayHour operates the website flexitt.site ("PayHour," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we handle when you visit the site, use the Pay Hour Calculator or contact us. You can reach us at contact@flexitt.site.

Information you enter into the calculator

Everything you type into the calculator, including pay rate, shift times, breaks and overtime settings, is processed by code that runs in your own browser. We do not receive it, we do not store it and we cannot see it. It is gone when you close or reload the page.

Information we may receive

How we use information

Legal bases for processing (EEA and UK visitors)

Where European or UK data protection law applies, we process the limited information described above based on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the site and answering inquiries, and based on your request when you contact us.

Advertising and analytics

At the time of this update, PayHour does not show advertising and does not use analytics or tracking tools. If we add advertising or analytics in the future, those providers may use cookies, device identifiers or similar technologies. Before that happens we will update this policy and the Cookies Policy, and we will ask for consent where the law requires it.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share limited information with service providers that help us run the site, such as hosting and email providers, who must protect it. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users and the site.

Retention

We keep emails only as long as needed to respond and to keep reasonable records of corrections and requests. Server logs are kept by our host under its own retention schedule.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask whether we hold personal information about you, to receive a copy, to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict certain uses, and to complain to a data protection authority. These rights can arise under U.S. state privacy laws such as those in California and other states, and under the GDPR and UK GDPR. To make a request, use the contact page and choose "Privacy request." We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Children

PayHour is for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. We use reasonable safeguards, but no website or email can be guaranteed completely secure.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to official sources such as government websites. Those sites have their own privacy practices that we do not control.

International visitors

PayHour is operated from the United States and aimed at U.S. visitors. If you visit from another country, your information may be processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will say so on this page.
