1. Agreement

By accessing or using flexitt.site (the "Site") and the Pay Hour Calculator (the "Tool"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. You must be able to form a binding contract where you live to accept these terms.

2. What the Tool does

The Tool estimates gross pay from the numbers you enter. It is offered for general information and planning. Results are estimates before taxes and deductions and are not payroll, tax, accounting, employment or legal advice. Please read our Disclaimer.

3. Your responsibilities

• Enter accurate information and review each result before you rely on it.
• Confirm pay, overtime and deduction rules with your employer, your contract or the labor agency in your state.
• Use the Site only for lawful purposes.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Interfere with, overload or try to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
• Use bots, scrapers or automated tools in a way that harms performance or availability
• Copy, resell or republish the Site's code, design or text as your own
• Introduce malware or harmful code
• Use the Site to break any law or infringe anyone's rights

5. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, code and branding belong to PayHour or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may use the Tool for personal or internal business purposes and you may link to the Site. Any other use needs our written permission.

6. Feedback

If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve the Site without owing you payment or credit.

7. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites such as government agencies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or remove any part of the Site or Tool at any time, and we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and the Tool are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PayHour and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost income, data or opportunities, that arise from your use of or inability to use the Site or Tool, including decisions you make based on its estimates. Where the law does not allow a limit above, that limit applies only to the extent the law permits.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold PayHour harmless from claims that arise from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these terms, to the extent the law allows.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by United States federal law and the laws of the state where the Site's operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of that state, unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If you keep using the Site after an update, you accept the new terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
